Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days if you're located in the United States. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on the item and destination.


🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we mainly ship to the United States. International shipping is being tested and may be rolled out soon—stay tuned!


📬 Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! Tracking information is uploaded as soon as your order ships. You can track your order anytime using our Track Your Order page.


🔁 What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. If you’re not satisfied with your product, contact us at nomadcrateofficial@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Can I cancel or change my order?
